Thank you for choosing our appliance repair services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

  1. Service Charges: Our standard service charge is $199, which includes the cost of the initial diagnosis of the appliance problem. Any additional repair or replacement costs will be communicated to you before any work is done.
  2. Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A 2% convenience fee will be added for credit card payments.
  3. Warranty: We provide a XX-day warranty on all repairs, excluding any pre-existing or unrelated conditions. If the same problem occurs within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.
  4. Liability: We are not responsible for any damages to your appliance that may occur during the repair process. However, we do take necessary precautions to prevent any such damages.
  5. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $199.
  6. Availability: We strive to provide service as quickly as possible, but availability may vary depending on workload and parts availability. We will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated time of completion.
  7. Parts and Labor: We use high-quality replacement parts, and our technicians are experienced and trained to repair appliances of various brands and models.
  8. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to the appliance for repair, provide accurate information about the problem, and ensure that the appliance is clean and safe for the technician to work on.
  9. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that all appliances can be repaired or that our services will resolve all issues. We will provide an honest assessment of the problem and provide recommendations for repair or replacement as necessary.
